Our Retreats

Throughout the year, we offer seasonal foraging multi-day retreats in different parts of California. These are perfect for people looking for a deeper dive in foraging and working with foraged products for food, function, or art. From learning science and ecology, to processing autumn’s harvest, to exploring wet coastal and montane forests, to experiencing the magic of the tide pools, each immersion is designed around the unique rhythms of the local ecosystem. Under the guidance of expert educators, you’ll learn foraging, sustainability, and stewardship practices that honor the interconnections of our natural world. Get ready for a transformational journey, new friends, and enriching lifelong skills. You’ll leave with a deeper connection to the fascinating flora, fungi, and fauna, and the lands and waters that are our home.
