Just as Nature provides a bounty to nourish our bodies, it also feeds our hearts, minds, and soul. 
 
Practicing mindfulness in the outdoors offers an embodied and relational way to create calm and clarity in the mind; joy, peace and love in the heart; and a deep sense of belonging as we feel ourselves intimately connected with all of life.  
 
Join us as we harvest nourishment through nature-based mindfulness practices.   You’ll leave recharged with a sense of vitality and well-being.
